Day 165 - Not Quite Iron Butterfly

Our ATC club meeting had a theme of using found objects. Our fearless leader for this meeting is an avid runner and watches the ground as she runs past lots of construction sites and other interesting places. She brought a bunch of stuff for us to use. It was so fun, though I have to admit that this isn't very original as I copied a butterfly she had made using rusty razor blades.
Found objects, embellishments.

  1. I belatedly noticed your question addressed to me on my guest post at Jo's blog. I'm not sure which poem you wanted to borrow, but I'm sure it's fine. On my etegami blog I write in more detail where the quotes comes from and what they mean. The haiku with the windbell is a Santoka quote. I'm so glad to find this blog of yours! : )

  2. Thanks Debbie! I think when I made the comment, I hadn't realized it wasn't your blog. It was the one from the etegami in Peachy Links: http://etegamibydosankodebbie.blogspot.com/2011/08/peachy-links.html

I keep thinking I'm going to do a series of ATCs with some of my favorite quotes, sayings, mini-poems, etc., but it hasn't happened yet. Meanwhile I continue to collect the ones I like just in case I do pursue that.
    Thanks!
    Diane
